Registration Guidelines

All payments to be made by Demand Draft in favour “AICOG-2008” payable at Delhi.
Please send 2 coloured passport-sized photographs by post or email
PG students should enclose a certificate from the Head of Department.
All children irrespective of age have to register as accompanying persons

Acknowledgment letter of registration will be sent with a unique I. D. number each delegate.
This original “Acknowledgment Letter / Receipt” must be presented at registration counter at the Conference venue to receive Registration kit.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation written requests along with original “Acknowledgement Letter” should be sent to organizing secretary before 31st December 2007.There will be refund these after.
Refund will be sent by cheque after the conference. An amount equivalent to 30%of the amount paid will be deducted as handling charges.
